New Year, New You (Me)!
Happy New Year!
I’m off to a great start in 2024! Trying to continue to eat healthy and exercise a little more. I already get in between 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day but going to incorporate a few more exercises using the hand weights I have around the house. All the studies say that as we age we lose muscle mass, so I am trying to add some planks and I’ve found some exercise routines on the internet that I can do a few times a week to build on and hopefully increase my upper body strength. I’ve started on Soft 75 ( a little easier version of Hard 75) for the next 75 days….I will keep you posted on how that goes. What are your plans for making 2024 more spectacular for yourself?
